CDBurnerXP is a free application Windows XP and Vista that is capable of burning CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays and HD-DVDs. It's also possible to create and burn ISO files.
When I began working on the German translation, a German language file did already exist. Nevertheless, it was both outdated and unstructured. My first task was to recreate the structure of the original language file. Since then I'm working on keeping it up-to-date.
